SMS Terms of Service

Fresh Aesthetics By Aja LLC, doing business as Fresh Aesthetics (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients who have opted in to receive text messages. By opting in, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

Non-Marketing Messages:

  • Appointment confirmations when you book a service
  • Appointment reminders sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled visit
  • Rescheduling notifications if your appointment time needs to change
  • Post-treatment follow-up messages related to your service

Marketing Messages (with separate consent):

  • Seasonal promotions and limited-time offers
  • New treatment and service announcements
  • Client loyalty rewards and referral incentives
  • Re-engagement offers for returning clients

2. HOW TO OPT IN

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Fresh Aesthetics By Aja LLC by submitting a form on our website that includes a consent checkbox. You must actively check the consent box — it will never be pre-checked. You may choose to opt in to non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.

3. HOW TO OPT OUT

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Fresh Aesthetics By Aja LLC. To re-subscribe, sign up again through our website form.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and the type of messages you have consented to receive.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fresh Aesthetics By Aja LLC does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

7. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

8. PRIVACY

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
